The girls and boys who would rather clean a stall than their bedroom. The kids that will spend hours at the barn mucking, hauling hay, feed and water but can't be bothered to take the garbage out at home. The boys and girls who spend hours pouring over horse books but forget their homework assignments. These are the same children who will joyfully give up their birthday presents to donate money to Horse Haven.

She stopped by "Smart Toys and Books" during a Twinkie appearance this past Saturday to surprise us with a donation.
Thank you Kathleen and all the other kids like you. We appreciate and understand you because we used to be just like you.
