Lead ropes
are such a basic tool, yet so very important when handling horses. With 51
horses currently in the care of Horse Haven, we have a lot of lead ropes.
However, when we get called on a large case confiscation, our stash quickly gets
depleted. We may be picking up 5, 10 or even 30 horses and have to come up with
halters and leads for each on short notice. Won’t you help us help horses in
need by donating $5, $10 or $20 towards the purchase of new lead ropes with
regular snaps? Bull snaps are not a good option when handling horses without a
history. Dora, who is patiently awaiting adoption, appreciates your help!
